Once the vehicle and rental rate are confirmed, you will need to submit the required documents and make the stated booking payment or deposit. Your booking is confirmed once payment and approval are completed.

Yes. A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle and rental period. The deposit amount will be confirmed before booking.

Yes, airport pickup and delivery services may be arranged at KLIA and selected locations. Please share your flight details and preferred pickup time in advance.

Mileage limits depend on the selected vehicle and rental package. Please confirm the mileage policy before booking.

Our vehicles are covered by motor insurance, and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) may be available depending on the rental package and vehicle. CDW may help reduce the renter’s financial responsibility for certain vehicle damage, subject to the applicable terms, conditions and excess. Please check with our team for the CDW coverage, excess amount and applicable charges before confirming your booking.

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected. Additional charges may apply if the fuel level is lower upon return.
